• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of unauthorized account access.

Groupwide provides tools for contribution group operations, including member management, admin workflows, cycle tracking, and polling. Groupwide does not hold user funds or process peer-to-peer transfers by default unless explicitly stated in a separate product agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use Groupwide for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
• Interfere with platform integrity, security controls, or availability.
• Upload or distribute malware, abuse automation, or engage in fraud.

Your use of Groupwide is also governed by our privacy and cookie notices. Please review:

Groupwide may support third-party sign-in methods (including Google Sign-In). Your use of those services is also subject to the relevant provider terms and policies. We use authentication data to create and secure your account and to operate platform access controls.

Groupwide and its related branding, software, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable right to use the service in accordance with this agreement.

We may modify, suspend, or improve parts of the service as needed for operations, security, legal compliance, or product evolution. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Groupwide is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groupwide is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create legal risk, or threaten platform security. You may stop using Groupwide at any time.

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
